When a child what did you want to be?
A long distance lorry driver, travelling around, eating Yorkies and working when I liked. Funny now as I can't even drive!.
 
Who would play you in a film of your life?
Unfortunately it would have to be Frank Skinner rather than Brad Pitt!
 
What is your favourite journey?
Train trip to Scotland from Berwick onwards
 
What's your favourite/least favourite racecourse?
Hexham is my favourite and least favourite is Chepstow, poor viewing, no screen and poorer racing each year.
 
What are your favourite sports apart from racing?
Football, Rugby League and American Football
